Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your CRIMPiT device in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in good condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
